We are a small family run business with many years of experience of looking after our customers.. Our staff are trained to look after you the moment you contact our office, right through until your holiday ends. All our “Simply Coach Holidays” Tours offer great value for money staying in a mix of 2, 3, and 4 star hotels, all with en suite facilities and we include a varied mix of excursions during your holiday. Most holidays include breakfast and a three course evening meal with a choice of menu or a buffet choice, unless otherwise stated. In each tour description you will find details of the tour, detailing what is included in the tour price. Reduced prices for children are available on most tours, providing that they share a room with two adults. Please call our office to enquire.
2 crew on every coach for 24-hour peace of mind
All our Coaches are double manned with a friendly driver and tour host/hostess and we offer a refreshment service onboard the majority of our coaches. For complete peace of mind your coach crew will give you an emergency phone number to contact them 24hrs a day in case you run into trouble during your holiday.
On board your coach
We know how important your coach is on your holiday, rest assured we only use modern fully executive coaches. All the coaches feature the most up to date safety and comfort devices to ensure you have a safe and comfortable journey and are maintained to the highest possible standards. Our coaches feature reclining seats, climate control, air conditioning, individual reading lights, seatbelts, music system, DVD player, charging points, Wi-Fi and on board toilet facilities. We also provide a refreshment service on the majority of our tours.
Each tour is crewed by a minimum of two friendly, professional staff, your driver and coach host, who between them have many years experience of providing a safe and friendly service. Although our coaches are well-equipped we still recognise the need for our customers to have regular comfort stops.
Choosing your coach seat
Seats will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Popular seats usually sell out very fast, so the earlier you book, the better chance you have of getting your choice of seat. All coaches have air cushioned suspension and climate control. This makes a pleasant and comfortable journey for everyone, whether in the front or the rear of the coach.
Please note that the seating plan above is for guidance only as some vehicles have a different seating configuration.
Booking Your Holiday
Once you have chosen your holiday to make a booking you simply need to give our reservations office a call 01305 233230 and we will take your details and confirm your booking. We do ask for a £50 deposit per person to hold the booking and then the balance will be due 8 weeks before departure.
Remember if you need to change anything or have any questions we are at the end of the phone to help.

We always advise that you should purchase Travel Insurance, no matter how far or short your trip is as you never know if something will happen and you end up having to cancel or fall ill during your trip.

Save money by joining your tour at the hotel
If you prefer to drive to the hotel and join us at the hotel we offer a Self Drive Discount of 20% per person on every tour. Just ask our office for details when booking.
Your money is safe with us
When you book with us you can be sure that your money is safe. We comply fully to the Package Travel Regulations 2018 and as such keep all our customers money safe in a separate account until the completion of their tour. We are part of Crossways Travel Ltd and have been operating tours for almost 15 years so Rest assured, your booking is financially secure. In accordance with the Package Travel Regulations all passengers booking with Crossways Travel Ltd are fully protected from the deposit through to the balance of all moneys paid to us in connection with your holiday bookings, including repatriation arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Crossways Travel Ltd or its agents. All payments received from our customers are held in a separate trust account, administered by HSBC until the return of your holiday. This is in line with the department of Trade and Industry EEC Directive on Package Holidays and ensures, in the unlikely event of our financial failure, that your money is absolutely safe and you will receive either your holiday or your money back.
